The suite of products Kronos offers require ample time to get a grip on. Which is why I would not recommend it if you’re just starting out. Similarly, if you’ve ever been in a manager role, you’d know how tricky tasks delegation can get. A powerful project management tool combats this by providing a smart feature set dedicated to task allocation.
Though the software positions itself as a right fit for SMBs too, but to consider it as one would be a blow on the dignity of other tools which are specifically serving that target market. The multitude of features can most certainly prove to be too powerful for SMBs.
